Marco Antonio Sánchez Arzate

Graduated from the Law School of the Universidad Panamericana Campus Mixcoac, where he also studied the Specialization in Corporate Law.
His practice focuses on Corporate Law, Contracts, Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Investments, Corporate Governance, Corporations´ Regulation, Real Estate Law, Agrarian Law, Regulatory, Labor Law, Immigration Law and Compliance.
With extensive experience in Legal Control and Corporate Management of Civil, Commercial and Agrarian Companies (both Local and International); Judicial and Extrajudicial Affairs in Civil and Mercantile matters; Notarial Law; Operation and Regulatory Compliance in Fiscal, Foreign Investments, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection, Labor, Social Security, Immigration, Telecommunications and Broadcasting, Logistics, Warehousing and Trucking, Clean (Green) Energy, Finance, Food and Pharma; and the Elaboration, Strategic Negotiation and Closing of all types of Contracts in the aforementioned areas with Public and Private Entities.

Graduated from the Law School of the Universidad Panamericana Campus Mixcoac.
His practice focuses on Intellectual Property Law, Sports Law, Contracts, Real Estate Law and Procedures before various Mexican Authorities.
Having worked at a Notary, he has experience in Real Estate Operations, Corporate Law, Property Transfer Operations and various Notarial Procedures.
He has taken courses in International Sports Law at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, Barça Innovation HUB (among others); as well as courses on Contracts and Amparo legislation organized by the College of Notaries of Mexico City and the Federal Judiciary Council, respectively.
